Shipping & Returns

All orders are sent from Melbourne, Australia.


Domestic or Express shipping

We use Australia Post as our preferred courier service. For all orders our shipping fee is $8.95 for domestic or $11.95 for express.


When will my order be shipped?

All orders placed Monday-Friday before 12pm EST will be shipped within 24 hours. All orders placed after the cut-off time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order.

Note: All orders placed during weekends, public holidays and special promotions may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.


How do I know my order has been shipped?

When your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking information and a link to where you can track it online.

Returns:

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to enter their correct address, as well as collecting their parcel from the collection point (if applicable). If the parcel is unable to be delivered due to the customers error and therefore returned to sender, We will contact the customer with options for re-shipment at the buyers expense.

Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind, or for any sale items.

If there is a fault with the product please contact us at hellowolfanddakota@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item, to notify us of an intended return or exchange and we will help you with the process.

We will happily replace the product (stock allowing) free of charge, or provide a full refund. All products must arrive back to Wolf & Dakota in their original condition with the original package. We recommend obtaining a tracking on your return parcel, and keep a copy of your receipt or proof of shipment, as we cannot process a return without physical goods or proof of delivery.

Order cancellation:

If you would like to cancel an order and receive a full refund, you may do so as long as the order has not yet been processed  and shipped. Please contact us at hellowolfanddakota@gmail.com as within 2 hours of making your order.
We also reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any orders at our discretion.

Pre orders:

​Pre orders are an estimate and delivery time frames can vary anywhere from 3-5 weeks. We do apologies in advance if you experience any delays with pre-orders. 

Pre-orders are non refundable, although, we can offer you store credit.
